Drones Attacked One Of Russia's Largest Oil Refineries In Nizhnekamsk

The "Taman-Neft" terminal in the Krasnodar Region has also been affected.

On the night of August 20, drones attacked the TANECO oil refinery in Nizhnekamsk, Russia.

This was reported by RBC-Ukraine citing OSINT sources.

What is known about the attack on Nizhnekamsk

Footage has appeared online showing the moment the oil refinery in Nizhnekamsk was hit, as well as a video of the Russian “Pantsir-S1” air defense system attempting to repel the attack.

Strikes on Other Targets

That same night, drones attacked several other targets on Russian territory—including the “Taman-Neft” oil terminal in the Krasnodar Krai and the 500-kV “Taman” substation.

Ukrainian strikes on Russian oil refineries and military facilities have become increasingly noticeable in recent days.
