The First And Last Names Of The Designer Of The Russian “Shahed” Jet Have Been Identified

Investigators found him in a video with Putin.

The team behind the OSINT channel Evocation.info identified the Russian man who was boasting to Russian dictator Vladimir Putin about domestically produced “Shahed” rockets while they were attacked Kyiv.

On the evening of October 2, following yet another strike by a jet-powered drone on the South Bridge in Kyiv, a video surfaced online showing a presentation to Putin of the so-called “Geran-4” and “Geran-5” drones during the “Center-2026” exercises at the Chebarkul training ground.

In the video, a man in a suit extols the capabilities of the drones, concluding his speech with the words: “We are ready to continue striking the enemy in this manner. The report is concluded!”


After that, Putin shook his hand and then suddenly hugged him.

The “father” of the “Shahed” drones turned out to be Ildar Tazutdinov , Deputy Director General for Key Partner Relations at the Alabuga Special Economic Zone (the manufacturer of the “Shahed” drones) .

Jet-powered “Shaheds” are attacking Ukraine daily

As a reminder, the Russians have recently begun actively attack Ukraine with “Shahed” drones. In particular, Kyiv and the surrounding region are attacked daily by dozens, or even hundreds, of such drones.

Ukraine is developing and deploying interceptors for jet-powered “Shahed” drones, as they are significantly harder to shoot down than conventional drones.

Specifically, yesterday, fighters from the Lasar’s Group of the Ukrainian National Guard destroyed a Russian “Geran-5” jet-powered strike drone for the second time in recent days. A Ukrainian P1-SUN JetKiller from SkyFall was used for the interception.
