Russian conscripts, who have been banned to travel abroad, will not be able to leave through Belarus. This was reported to the journalist of "Belsat", who applied as a private person, in the State Border Committee of Belarus.
"If he is not banned by the Russian Federation and everything is in order with the documents, then they will let him out," replied the border guards.
The other day it was reported that border guards for the first time did not let out of Belarus a Russian, who tried to fly from Minsk first to Tbilisi and then to Yerevan. The Russian received a summons to the army and had to come for a medical examination on April 29. In a special Russian electronic register, a ban on his departure from the Russian Federation appeared.
The Border Committee of Belarus confirmed that they have a common database with Russia, and advised to contact "the competent authorities of the Russian Federation":
"If they answer that the exit is not restricted, please, you can leave the territory of Belarus. If the exit is prohibited, then all questions to the Russian Federation. If the person will be in the database, he will not be released. If there are no exit restrictions in the database, we will let him out."
