АдказацьI think we can agree that the Chinese are masters of theft and bribery. I disagree that the Chinese do not have talented Engineers and Scientists. I went to a prestigious US engineering grad school and the Chinese students were not just bright but extremely hard working. The US has been educating these students for decades. Underestimate China at ones own risk.
АдказацьBy the way Russian scientists are pretty damn bright too. It's just the system is so screwed up that many have fled to greener and safer pastures.
