One Of Wildberries' Main Hubs In Russia Was Completely Destroyed Following A Drone Attack

A key warehouse near Tambov burned to the ground.
Overnight, Russia came under a massive drone attack, resulting in damage to and the burning of one of Wildberries’ largest distribution centers by processing volume, as well as a fire at one of the largest oil refineries.
For example, a Wildberries warehouse in Kotovsk, Tambov Region, has been attacked and is on fire. Photos and videos of the massive fire are circulating online. Local authorities have also confirmed the attack.
“As a result of strikes by Ukrainian UAVs, a fire broke out at the Wildberries logistics center. The fire covered an area of more than 100,000 square meters,” said Tambov Region Governor Evgeny Pervyshov.
The company itself also stated that “goods are not being shipped.”
Later, the governor of the Tambov Region stated that the fire completely destroyed the Wildberries warehouse in Kotovsk.
“Thirteen drones were destroyed by air defense forces, and three more attack drones were shot down by the ‘BARS-Tambov’ mobile fire teams. “Unfortunately, three drones managed to strike the warehouse building,” he wrote.
The mayor of Kotovsk also asked residents not to leave their homes for the next two days due to the risk of carbon monoxide poisoning.
The Wildberries warehouse in Kotovsk is one of WB’s key logistics facilities in Central Russia. It began operations in 2025, and once it reaches full capacity, it is expected to store up to 54 million units of goods. The Ukrainian Armed Forces had previously attacked it in July.
In addition, an oil refinery in Kstovo, Nizhny Novgorod Oblast, has been attacked and is on fire. Local residents report numerous explosions and incoming strikes; a large-scale fire and heavy smoke are visible in the area around the facility.
According to Exilenova+, the facility in question is “LUKOIL-Nizhegorodnefteorgsintez”—one of Russia’s largest oil refineries.
The plant’s design capacity is approximately 17 million metric tons of crude oil per year. The plant produces automotive gasoline, diesel and jet fuel, lubricants, and other petroleum products.
The facility plays a crucial role in supplying fuel to the Russian economy and the Russian Armed Forces, as its products—including aviation and diesel fuel—are used to meet the needs of Russian military forces.
