Zelensky revealed the results of the attack on Russia's Krasnodar region.
Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky has confirmed the defeat of the Russians' oil infrastructure facility Southern Oil Company LLC in the town of Armavir, Krasnodar region. The successful operation was carried out on the night of May 30 by soldiers of the Security Service of Ukraine.
The head of Ukraine said that long-range sanctions are working, and the war is rightly returning to where it came from. He said this in his Telegram channel.
"Our new long-range sanctions, and this is 500 kilometers from our state border. Quite rightly we return the war back to where it came from," the Ukrainian leader wrote.

He noted that Russia had the opportunity to stop aggression long ago, but deliberately chose to continue it and prolong the war, "so the next object of the Russian oil industry has been reached: Armavir, Krasnodar Krai."
The Ukrainian president thanked the SBU for the achieved result and emphasized that Ukraine consistently implements a strategy of long-range pressure on Russia, responding to its actions against the state and Ukrainian citizens.

"All types of our sanctions - legal and quite practical long-range sanctions - are working to bring peace closer. Thanks for the aptitude!" - he summarized.
It should be noted that the Southern Oil Company is a strategically important logistics facility that stores, stockpiles and tranships petroleum products. The profits of the affected facility amount to billions of rubles.
