The family of Belarusian ex-political prisoners will not be expelled from Poland under the Dublin procedure. On April 16, the Voivodeship Administrative Court in Warsaw overturned the decision to transfer Andrzej and Vera Mamojko to Germany, reports the Partizanka initiative.

This means that Poland assumes responsibility for the consideration of their case for international protection. The appeal was handled by Anna Matijewska.

The meeting was attended by the head of the European Parliament delegation for relations with Belarus, MEP Malgorzata Gosiewska from the Law and Justice party, who actively defends Belarusians in a difficult situation.
