Energy facilities, substations, civilian enterprises, and residential buildings were damaged,” — commented Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on the attacks in his Telegram channel.

“They are simply terrorists who, day and night, strike at life, at our people, and at purely civilian targets,” the Ukrainian president emphasized.

“There were interceptions tonight, including ballistic missiles. I thank everyone involved in our defense and everyone who is fulfilling our agreements. I am grateful to our American and Norwegian partners for the NASAMS system and the accompanying missile package. I am grateful to France and Germany for their support of our air defense system these days, specifically through the provision of missiles,” he added.

On the night of September 29, Russia attacked Kyiv with ballistic missiles, as well as jet-powered drones and missile drones. Strikes were recorded overnight and in the morning in the Solomianskyi, Holosiivskyi, Obolonskyi, and Pecherskyi districts.
