The UN Issued A Strong Appeal To The Russian People Regarding The Expected Mobilization

Ukraine's Permanent Representative to the UN Andriy Melnyk warned Russians about new mass mobilization, which, according to him, may begin after September 20.

Melnik stated this at a UN Security Council meeting held to mark Ukraine’s Independence Day.

“Putin didn’t just unleash a war against Ukraine. He unleashed the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse, as in the Book of Revelation: Conquest, War, Famine, and Death. They will devour not only the one who unleashed them, but also the very system he built… They could seal the fate of Russia itself,” the diplomat noted.

Melnik also addressed Russians in Russian, warning that Russian dictator Vladimir Putin is likely preparing a new wave of mobilization.

Melnik stated that after the next State Duma elections on September 20, Putin will begin a massive forced mobilization. He added that Russia will send up to 500,000 people “one-way” to war against Ukraine.

He urged Russians to leave Russia as soon as possible, ironically noting that fuel shortages might make this difficult, referring to Ukraine’s strikes on oil refineries.
