A road dispute ended with fines for two young drivers from Minsk, reports the Traffic Police Department of the Minsk City Executive Committee.
Traffic police officers came across a video online showing a Mazda driver, braking suddenly while driving down Dunina-Marcinkevich Street, thereby creating a hazardous situation for a Volvo traveling in the same direction.
During the investigation, it was determined that the incident occurred due to a violation of traffic regulations by the Volvo driver.
It was determined that an 18-year-old woman, while driving along Prititsky Street, failed to ensure the safety of her lane change, thereby creating a hazardous situation for a Mazda traveling in the same direction and driven by an 18-year-old man. He didn’t let it go.
As a result, both drivers were held administratively liable. The Mazda driver was fined 5 base units (225 rubles) and had his license suspended for three months. The Volvo driver was fined 10 base units (450 rubles) but retained her license.
