A memorial service for linguist and diplomat Petr Sadovsky, Belarus’s first ambassador to Germany, will be held tomorrow morning

Petr Sadovsky, 87, was an outstanding Belarusian linguist who became a member of the Supreme Council in the 1990s and later served as Belarus’s first ambassador to Germany; passed away late in the evening on July 5.

The funeral service for Piotr Sadovsky will take place on July 7 at 9:00 a.m. in the hall at 8 Semashko Street, Building 8. He will be buried at a cemetery in the Nesvizh District. This was reported by his daughter Alina on social media.
