The seventh day of competition has come to a close at the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

In Group L, England convincingly defeated Croatia (4–2), while Ghana snatched a victory over Panama (1–0), scoring the decisive goal in the 90+5th minute.

In Group K, Portugal drew with the Democratic Republic of the Congo (1–1). Colombia defeated Uzbekistan (3–1), with Abbosbek Fayzullaev scoring Uzbekistan’s first-ever goal in World Cup history.

The World Cup is being held from June 11 to July 19 in the United States, Mexico, and Canada. The defending world champion is Argentina, which defeated France in the 2022 final.
