Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky said Russian attacks continued throughout the night and casualties were also recorded in Odessa and Kharkiv regions. "The Russians' tactics are unchanged: attack drones, cruise missiles and a lot of ballistics. Most of the targets are the usual infrastructure in cities. Damaged residential buildings, energy, enterprises," he wrote in his Telegram channel.
