In Belarus, users are massively complaining about Internet outages, especially in Minsk. Reports about the problems are actively appearing in social networks: according to people, neither mobile Internet, nor Wi-Fi is not working, while the difficulties are intensified in the evening and at night.

Users note that the failures affect both individual services and access to sites in general.

The site Charter97.org looked at what people write in the social network Threads about the problems with the Internet:
