A woman from Minsk daria_kaparikha explained on Threads how to tell which of your neighbors in the building came from Russia.

“The entire first floor of my building—four apartments—is rented out to short-term guests,” she writes. “99% of them are Russians. In the morning, when I head out to work, only 1% of them say hello. The rest just walk right by. Do you say hello to your neighbors, even if you don’t know them?”
