It's raining black rain in the city, like Hiroshima.
Russian pro-war Telegram channels and propagandists have begun to sharply criticize the consequences of the strikes on the oil infrastructure in Tuapse. They write that the environmental situation in the city has catastrophically deteriorated, and the consequences affect not only Tuapse itself, but the entire Black Sea coast of the Russian Federation, "Dialog.UA"

"Well, now there's Chernobyl in Tuapse," Russians wrote. One channel said the city's land, water and air were "poisoned" and described "black rain" falling with an admixture of petroleum products. Moreover, the pollution could spread to coastal areas, and an oil slick up to 7 kilometers long has already been recorded in the sea.
"The city of Tuapse no longer exists. It has been destroyed. In fact. The land is poisoned there, the water is poisoned, the air is poisoned. It is raining black rain there right now, like in Hiroshima - water with oil soot," the channel writes.
At the same time, such assessments are accompanied by harsh rhetoric and criticism of the current situation, including the contrast between the military leadership's statements about advancement on the front and what is happening in the rear.

With reports of pollution and fires in the background, officials continue to talk about military successes.

This contrast, as observers note, increases tension within the pro-Russian information field and provokes increasingly harsh reactions from Z-bloggers.
