Iran Responded Harshly To Trump's Plans To Export Uranium

Tehran denied the US leader's statements.

Iran has officially refuted Donald Trump's statements about its readiness to transfer nuclear materials to the United States. The foreign minister accused the American president of manipulation.

This is reported by The Jerusalem Post.

Iran's chief diplomat Esmail Baghaei said that the transfer of uranium is not even under discussion. The official called the US leader's words an attempt at wishful thinking.

"Iran's enriched uranium will not be transferred anywhere; transferring uranium to the United States was not an option for us," Bahaei said.

Trump himself said during a speech in Arizona that he intends to remove Iran's highly enriched uranium using excavators. The American president has consistently referred to this uranium as "nuclear dust" after Washington's attacks on facilities in Isfahan, Natanz and Fordow in the summer of 2025.

"How are we going to get the nuclear dust? We'll get it out with Iran, using a lot of excavators. And we will take (nuclear materials, - ed.) to the United States," Trump said.

He also emphasized that Tehran "will not get any money in exchange." Also, the American leader did not rule out the possibility of continuing the war if the deal with Iran is derailed.
