The head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov has become a knight of the Order "For Special Contribution to the Development of the Cement Industry of the Russian Federation" of the first degree. This was reported by Russian media, writes Dialog.UA.
The award was presented to Kadyrov for his "contribution" to the modernization of the Chechencement plant by the executive director of the Union of Cement Producers of the Russian Federation Darya Martynkina.
The Chechen head said that he would continue to make every effort to modernize the cement industry. The above-mentioned order is an industry award. It is awarded to managers and specialists of the industry.
To receive the Order of the First Class in the cement industry, one must have worked for at least 15 years. At the moment, Ramzan Kadyrov's collection of awards includes several dozen state, departmental and industry awards of the Russian Federation.
In addition, he is the recipient of a large number of foreign awards. In the last four years alone, that is, since the beginning of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Kadyrov has received at least 39 awards.
For example, just recently, on April 7, 2026, Kadyrov was awarded the medal "For Contribution to the Development of Science" by the Chechen Academy of Sciences. No one has ever been awarded this medal before.
One of Ramzan Kadyrov's most interesting awards is the Order of Merit for Dentistry, First Class, which he received in 2022, and the Order of the Group of Forces in Germany, which he received in 2025.
