Has the Kremlin leader left the capital?

Several mysterious events have taken place in Moscow, leaving many questions unanswered. First, on October 15, heavy traffic of motorcades carrying government officials—including Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin—as well as security officials was observed near the Kremlin. Then, on October 16, a convoy of military vehicles was heading toward the Russian capital. This was reported by the Telegram channel “VChK-OGPU,” which is close to Russian security forces.

Yesterday, October 19, footage emerged from a meeting between Putin and Mishustin. The channel calls them “stock footage” and hints that they were filmed as early as last week.

“Obvious ‘stock footage’ was released from the meeting between Mishustin and Putin, which actually took place on the evening of October 15. Given that motorcades were arriving at the Kremlin one after another at that time, they could have produced more of these ‘archived clips.’ I wonder where Putin himself went at that time,” the Telegram channel writes.

The outlet then reported that Putin may have left Moscow:

“Putin likely left on Friday for one of his residences (‘Rus’ in the Tver Region or, more likely, in Valdai). According to eyewitnesses, on October 16 around 7:00 p.m., a very impressive motorcade—almost complete with air defense systems—was spotted in the Tver Region. “The ‘Limousine 1’ itself wasn’t in the motorcade, but it’s very likely that these were vehicles from the president’s escort,” eyewitnesses said.
