An emergency occurred on the border with Russia.
A passenger bus traveling from Minsk to Anapa was struck by a drone at the Krasny Kamen checkpoint in Russia’s Bryansk Region, on the border with Belarus. This was reported by Russian media.
It is reported that there were 12 passengers and two drivers on the bus. Two people were injured.
The border crossing has been closed.
As a reminder, on June 17, near the village of Rudnya in the Bryansk Region of the Russian Federation, a drone struck a bus carrying children from Belarus. There were 43 passengers on board. Six people were injured; a woman—the wife of a coach at the Rechitsa Children’s and Youth Sports School No. 2—was killed.
The Security Service of Ukraine stated that it had intercepted an official Russian document denying Ukraine’s involvement in the attack on the bus carrying Belarusian citizens in the Bryansk Region.
