Today, July 15, European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen and other European leaders arrived in Kyiv.
Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić, Montenegrin President Jakov Milatović, Slovenian Prime Minister Janez Janša, the President of Moldova Maia Sandu, and the President of Romania Nicușor Dan.
Ursula von der Leyen posted a video of the meeting in Kyiv on X posted a video of the meeting in Kyiv and wrote that this was already her 11th visit to Ukraine since the start of the full-scale war.
“This is a special moment. Ukraine has made significant progress in strengthening its military capabilities. The momentum is gradually shifting in its favor,” she noted.

According to her, there will also be a discussion on Ukraine’s EU accession process and preparations for the upcoming winter.
Today, events marking Ukrainian Statehood Day and the “Ukraine–Southeast Europe” summit will take place in Kyiv.
