The sites are located 1,400 km from Ukraine:

On the morning of June 25, two oil refineries were struck in Ufa, Russia—located more than 1,000 kilometers from Ukraine in Bashkortostan.

The Telegram channel Exilenova+ reported on the two strikes, publishing photos and videos of the aftermath. Local authorities have not officially commented on the matter.

Three Bashneft refineries are located in the northern part of Ufa: "Bashneft-Novoyl," "Bashneft-Ufaneftekhim," and "Bashneft-UNPZ." According to Exilenova+, flights arrived at two of them.

The authorities and the governor of Bashkortostan Rady Khabirov have not commented on the matter. But local social media groups report that smoke is rising into the sky above Ufa, and there is a fire in the city’s industrial zone.

Ufa Confirms "Arrivals" at the Oil Refinery

The "Unmanned Danger" alert is in effect in the Russian Federation republic. Ufa Airport is not accepting or dispatching flights.

It is noteworthy that in Ufa, they continue to use Russian “newspeak,” euphemistically referring to explosions as “pops” and “loud noises.”

This is not the first attack on the oil refinery in Ufa. On the morning of April 2, drones attacked the “Bashneft-Novoyl” oil refinery in Ufa, resulting in a massive fire. The CDU-5 unit that caught fire accounts for about 28% of the refinery’s total capacity.
