Orenburg Region, Russian Federation — Under Attack By Drones

The governor let slip that the target had been hit.

On the night of June 24, the Orenburg Region came under drone attack. This was reported by the region’s governor Evgeny Solntsev, who stated that there had been a massive drone raid on the region’s territory.

According to the regional governor, several drones were shot down over an industrial facility in Orenburg. However, he did not specify the name of the facility.

Meanwhile, the monitoring channel Exilenova+ reports that the Orenburg gas processing plant may have been the intended target of the attack.

In addition, Solntsev announced a ban on the publication of photographs and video footage showing the crash sites of the drones and the aftermath of the attacks.
