UAVs Hit Russia's Main Airport Sheremetyevo

Flights were massively delayed in Moscow.
On the night of Sunday, May 17, drones attacked the Moscow region of the Russian Federation. Explosions were heard in Klin, Zelenograd, Skhodnya, Khimki, Dedovsk, Durykino.
Early in the morning, UAV debris was recorded falling on the territory of "Sheremetyevo". This was reported in the airport's press service.
It was noted that the debris was at a safe distance from passenger service areas and aircraft.
Because of the attack, airports in the capital region of Russia were temporarily closed for departure and arrival of aircraft. More than 200 flights were delayed and canceled in Sheremetyevo, more than 75 - in Vnukovo. Also restrictions were in effect in Domodedovo and Zhukovsky. In total, the operation "Cover" lasted about 4 hours.
Russian channels reported that the Moscow oil refinery, the Solnechnogorskaya oil loading station in the village of Durykino, the Transneft enterprise and the Elma technopark producing electronics for military needs in Zelenograd, the Raduga machine design bureau in Dubna, etc. were hit by drones.
