The future prime minister of Hungary wants to discuss this issue with Zelensky.

Hungary's future prime minister Peter Magyar has said he will be ready to discuss the issue of confiscating Ukrainian Oschadbank funds after taking office.

His statement is quoted by the Telex.

Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky said he wants to discuss with Magyar the issue of confiscated funds of Ukraine's Oschadbank. At a press conference on Monday, Magyar emphasized that he would be able to negotiate on this topic only after the prime minister is sworn in.

"We do not know what really happened (in the case of the cash collectors. - Ed.), we have also seen propaganda news," he said, adding that many details remain unclear.

He called for patience and a balanced approach, and also spoke in favor of opening the Druzhba oil pipeline.
