The Largest Companies With Belarusian Capital In Poland Have Been Named

The total revenue of Belarusian companies operating in the Polish market grew by 5% in 2024 and reached a record level of 19.9 billion zlotys (or $5 billion). The business that contributed the most to this amount was the Polish division of the global IT giant EPAM Systems.
And EPAM Systems (Poland) is at the head of the top 100 largest companies with Belarusian capital in Poland for the second year in a row, writes in his telegram channel the author of the study Vadim Sekhovich.
The ranking is based on data for 2024.
1.EPAM Systems (Poland) - the largest IT-business with Belarusian roots in Poland. The company, which was headed by Arkadiy Dobkin until the fall of 2025, started operating on the Polish market back in 2011. In 2024, its local ecosystem included development centers in 6 cities. In addition, two other EPAM Systems-owned companies - Polsource and First Derivative Poland - have offices in the Polish market. Krakow-based Polsource also made it to the top 100.
2.E100 Power Max is a trading structure that is part of the E100 Group of companies of ex-Brest residents Vladimir and Maksim Stajecki. Over the year, the business, which sells fuel through a network of its own and partner filling stations in the EU, the UK and Ukraine, moved from fourth to second place. E100 Power Max was also included in the top 2000 largest companies in Poland, which is compiled by the Rzeczpospolita publication.
3.TELS Global Polska is the largest business with Belarusian roots in the transportation and logistics segment of Poland. In 2024, its owners through companies in the UK and Czech Republic were Vladimir Tayanko and Ivan Shakhovich. In the previous version of the top-100, the company ranked fifth.
4.ASBIS Poland is a subsidiary of the Cypriot holding company ASBIS'c Enterprises. Its founder and key shareholder is Belarusian Sergei Kostevich. ASBIS Poland is engaged in the distribution of IT products on the Polish market, which is firmly among the top ten most important markets for the holding. In 2024. ASBIS Poland improved its position in the top 100 by two lines.
5.Polbilding s.k./PBS - a large trader of coal, coke and chemical products with registration in Zielona Góra. In the previous version of the ranking was second.
The founder of the business Vitaly Kantsevich in 2024 began its reorganization, as a result of which the beneficiary of the new structure of PBS became Anna Kantsevich. The logistics company Polbilding sp.z o.o., also a member of the top 100, was also reorganized. Now it is PBS Energy, and its main direction is investments in green energy.
6.TI Group is one of the largest logistics businesses of Belarusians in Poland. The company, whose beneficiary in 2024 was Sergei Marchenko, manages a large consolidation warehouse in Sedlce near Warsaw. TI Group moved up to this position from rank 19.
7.DSPL is a trucking company, which was established in 2021. In 2024, its owners were Georgian and Belarusian partners of one of the most famous transport operators of Belarus and Russia Vasily Smetanin - Nikoloz Geguchadze, Boris Klimas, Vitaly Pushkin and Tatiana Brazovskaya. The trucking company in the rating remained in the same position as a year earlier.
8.E100 International Trade - the former leader of the top-100 rose by one line during the year. The company, owned by Vladimir and Maxim Staetsky mentioned above, operates its own fuel card system E100. In 2023, it left the markets of Belarus, Russia and Kazakhstan and focused on Europe. By its own estimates, E100 International Trade is already ranked third in the European market.
9.Azonik is another road transport business linked to Vasily Smetanin. In 2024, the businessman controlled it through his Austrian firm, with Nikoloz Geguchadze holding the remaining stake. Azonik broke into the top ten from the 16th place.
10.Innowise is the second largest Belarusian IT business in Poland, owned by brothers Pavel and Sergei Orlov. They had to work a little harder to get into the top ten: in the previous ranking Innowise was 11th.
