The dictator used a swear word.

Alexander Lukashenko used a swear word during a meeting on the issues of comprehensive socio-economic development of the southeastern region of Mahiliou voblast.

"I just explained to you what money the country could get and the political benefits. The nose has been wiped off the nose of these labusas (a pejorative nickname for residents of the Baltic States - note) and others," Lukashenko said, adding at the end a swear word to the people in question.

Earlier Lukashenko urged to mobilize to survive difficult times.
