Exchange offices in Minsk are giving out very old currency: bills of ten, twenty and even thirty years' old. Readers told about it to Blizko.by.

Raman, a resident of Minsk, buys foreign currency every month. Earlier, the exchange offices usually offered bills of 2017, 2013, or, at most, of 2009. A few months ago, Roman noticed that the cashier gave him a 100-dollar bill of 2006.

Some time later, the citizen was buying a "hundred" banknote again and again paid attention to the year indicated on the bill - 2006. According to Roman, he hasn't received such old dollars in exchange offices for several years.

Anton, a resident of Minsk, bought American currency at the exchange office of Tekhnobank. The young man said that he received the requested amount in the banknotes of $5, $10 or $20. The years marked on some banknotes are noteworthy. They are 2002, 2001 and 1999.

Another resident of Minsk was given $10 of 1990 in an exchange office.
