Minister of Education Ihar Karpenka recently reported on the readiness of the draft strategy for youth policy for 2020-2030. Head of the Analytical Center Strategia, Leanid Zaika explained at Primus TV program, what it means for Belarus.

It can be done either by officials who have no children, or they deliberately fail the whole policy on youth and make the country brainless in the long run.
