Нет никакой безнаказанности. Это ватники думают что могут делать что хотят. Немцы вымаливали прощение 70 лет. Русские и за 300 лет не отмоються. Нужно сменить несколько поколений с полной заменой понятий и осуждением. Вряд-ли это произойдёт.

An important distinction is missing in the article.

Ukraine is targeting military installations like airfields, military factories, refineries which of course supplies fuel to the Russian armed forces and so called duel use warehouses which store and distribute drones etc to the Russian army.

Russia aims not just at military targets but uses its missiles, drones and artillery to target Civilians locations like apartment buildings, hospitals, train stations and schools.

The difference between the two combatants couldn't be more stark.

One is an independent country in Ukraine striving to survive an unprovoked attack by Russia determined to eliminate Ukrainian autonomy.

The other is a malevolent terrorist regime who has no problem with ignoring the Geneva convention by deliberately targeting innocent civilians.
