While In The U.S., Zelenskyy Met With The Team From The Manufacturer Of The F-16 And Patriot Missiles

The President of Ukraine provided details.

The Ukrainian president met with a team from the defense contractor Lockheed Martin in the U.S.

This was reported by Charter97.org, citing a statement by Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

“I met with a team from the defense contractor Lockheed Martin—one of the strongest companies in the United States, with which we have been cooperating for a long time. It is Lockheed Martin that manufactures ATACMS, HIMARS, F-16s, and missiles for the Patriot systems,” the head of state noted.

The president said he discussed with Lockheed Martin further expansion of cooperation with Ukraine—in particular, joint production and technology exchange.

“Ukraine has much to share with those who are helping us protect lives. We discussed our joint capabilities regarding the Patriot systems and other systems,” Zelenskyy said.

He added that teams from the company and Ukraine are already working on specific solutions that will allow them to “move more quickly toward joint production and increase our capabilities in protecting lives.”
