Explosions in Belgorod, Lipetsk, and Volgograd.
On the night of July 21, in several Russian regions air raid alerts were issued due to a missile threat. Powerful explosions rocked Belgorod and Lipetsk amid the threat, and reports of strikes are circulating online, according to "Focus".
Water supplies were partially cut off in Belgorod following a series of explosions. OSINT analysts speculate that the missiles may have struck energy infrastructure facilities in the city.
Russian authorities have confirmed the attack on Belgorod. The region’s emergency operations center reported that missiles struck Belgorod and the surrounding region, but there were no casualties as a result of the shelling. However, details about the targeted facilities have not yet been disclosed.
“Emergency and response services are verifying information about the consequences,” the operational headquarters noted.
In addition, some time later, OSINT sources reported an attack on the Russian city of Lipetsk. An air raid alert had been issued in the city earlier due to a missile threat, after which loud explosions were heard and a fire broke out.
Monitoring channels note that an energy infrastructure facility in Lipetsk may also have been targeted. A fire was reported in the area of the local thermal power plant.
“In Lipetsk, after a missile alert was issued, a fire broke out near the thermal power plant,” according to online reports.

Authorities have not yet officially commented on the strikes on Lipetsk.
Meanwhile, OSINT sources have also reported air raid sirens in the Russian cities of Volgograd and Kazan. Eyewitnesses claim that explosions were also heard in Volgograd following reports of a missile threat. Authorities at the local airport activated the “Kover” plan in response to the threat.
The day before, drones attacked the Moscow Region, striking Wildberries’ largest warehouse in Podolsk.
