Starting July 1, 2026, Sber Bank will impose a limit on foreign currency bank transfers made through the “SberBank Online” system to the accounts of individuals and legal entities at banks outside Belarus. This is reported on the website of the bank.
The limit will be 1,900 base units over a 30-calendar-day period. This amounts to 85,500 rubles per month.
The bank clarified that for each transfer, the total amount of transactions over the previous 30 days—including the day the new transfer is made—will be checked.
The restriction applies to foreign-currency transfers to accounts held at foreign banks.
