Singer Sergei Mikhalk will be tried in absentia. The Investigative Committee writes that the criminal case was brought against him in the framework of "special proceedings," the Investigative Committee.

The artist is accused under the articles "inciting hostility" (Article 130 of the Criminal Code) and "insulting Lukashenko" (Article 368 of the Criminal Code).

The Investigative Committee suggests Sergei Mikhalka to voluntarily appear at the Investigative Committee in Minsk.
