Credit for the erection of residential premises in an apartment building with state developers - 14.9% per annum.

Loan for purchase on the secondary market - 16.9% per annum, and from the developer - 15.9%.

Ipoteka Express loan for purchase on the secondary market - 16.9% per annum (for those on the waiting list for those in need - 15.5% per annum), and from the developer - 15.9% per annum.

Loan "Time to Build" is now issued at 14.9% per annum, "Stroydom" - 15.9% per annum, "Mortgage Refinancing" - 16.9% per annum.
