The Ukrainian Armed Forces Struck The Surgut Oil Refinery In The Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug

The plant, with an annual capacity of 12 million metric tons of raw materials, produces jet fuel.

Defense forces struck the Surgut Condensate Stabilization Plant (ZSK) in the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug. The facility is located 2,400 km from the border with Ukraine, according to OSINT analysts from the Telegram channel Exilenova+.

It is noted that the Surgut ZSK processes gas condensate and also produces motor and aviation fuel. The facility’s design capacity is 12 million metric tons of feedstock per year.

Analysts added that a fire broke out at the facility as a result of the attack.
