A Minsk resident made an unexpected discovery while renovating a Khrushchev-era apartment building—a 1966 Minsk transit pass. The man posted a photo of the artifact on Threads, according to "Zerkalo".
“So, I was doing some renovations in a Khrushchev-era apartment building and found a personalized transit pass that’s over 60 years old. The pass was valid from Kolodishchi to Vera Khoruzhaya. ‘Minsktrans, will you exchange this artifact for a monthly pass?” the man wrote.

The pass belonged to a certain N.L. Tolstov The document was valid starting January 1, 1966, and was valid for exactly one month.

“Valid only for suburban buses on the specified routes. Transfer to another person is prohibited. In case of loss or theft, the pass will not be replaced and no refund will be issued,” reads the inscription on the document.
In the comments, people began recalling that this was a pass for the No. 169 bus, which ran on that route at the time. Users are suggesting that Evgeny either sell the pass to a collector or donate it to a museum.
