Ukrainian Forces Captured Entire Russian Platoon Screwed Up By Their Commanders

A unit of Russian intelligence officers was captured due to the actions of their commanders, who sent soldiers to well-fortified positions of the Ukrainian army on the border with the Kharkiv region.

According to the information received, the Ukrainian forces captured an entire reconnaissance platoon of the 139th Separate Motorized Rifle Battalion, dialog.ua. reports.

They published a video of an interrogation of Russian soldiers, who said that their reconnaissance platoon was sent to storm a fortified area of the Ukrainian Armed Forces without proper training, support and supplies.

The assault failed: as a result of an unsuccessful offensive attempt, part of the group died, and the more successful ones were captured by the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

One of the captured Russians expressed a desire to join the Russian rebels from the Russian Volunteer Corps. The rest will be sent to a Ukrainian prison camp.
