Belarusbank has banned cash withdrawals from Visa cards of non-resident banks. The ban is temporary.

"Today, our bank has imposed a temporary ban on cash withdrawals from ATMs and cash points (branches) from the Visa cards of non-resident banks," said the press service of Belarusbank.

The reasons for this decision have not been mentioned. Previously, Belarusian banks have introduced various measures restricting the ability to withdraw cash from the cards of foreign banks.
