Is Russia preparing for a new offensive?

Broadsheet Ukrainian publication ZN.UA citing its sources, indicates the number of Russian manpower deployed in Belarus.

One of the high-ranking sources of the publication indicated a figure that coincides with the information provided by the Russian MoD - 9000 troops.

However, two other sources report that there are much more soldiers of the occupying army. The first source speaks of 3,000 Wagnerites and 20,000 Russian soldiers.

The second source puts the figure at 30,000. Most of them, according to the publication, are deployed mainly along the Russian-Belarusian border. However, there is no problem in redeploying them to the area of the Ukrainian-Belarusian border.
