US Dollar Breaks Another Record

At the last winter trading session, the US currency has updated its historical maximum in Belarus.

Before the next trading session of the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange, which will take place in the spring, the ruble exchange rate once again updated the historical record, the website svaboda.org writes.

2.2391 Belarusian rubles to the dollar.

On February 28, the dollar rose by 0.0051 kapeykas to BYN 2.2391. The day before it was BYN 2.2340.

The euro also jumped, at 2.6 kapeykas - up to BYN 2.4672. But this is not the maximum value, two years ago the rate reached BYN 2.5.

As in previous days, the Russian ruble continues to lose ground - it fell by 0.0619 kapeykas to BYN 3.3406 per 100 units.
