Romania Shot Down Another Drone That Violated Its Airspace

The Romanian Air Force has shot down a drone that violated the country's airspace for the second time in recent weeks.

According to “European Truth”, Romanian President Nicușor Dan wrote about this in a post.

According to him, on July 25 at approximately 8:30 a.m. local time, another enemy drone was shot down 10 km west of the city of Sfântu Gheorghe.

“The drone was shot down by a Romanian pilot flying an F-16 fighter jet,” Dan added.

As a reminder, on July 24, the Romanian military shot down a drone for the first time from a fighter jet after it had penetrated deep into the country’s territory.
