The Ukrainian Armed Forces Blew Up A Bridge In Novoazovsk

Traffic on the bridge across the Gruzsky Elanchik River in the area of occupied Novoazovsk has been temporarily suspended following a series of Ukrainian attacks. This was reported by sources among the occupying forces, according to “Dialog”.

According to their information, the structure—which is part of the R-280 “Novorossiya” highway and connects Mariupol, Melitopol, and Crimea with the Rostov Region of the Russian Federation—has been struck multiple times. There are also reports of a truck being hit directly on the bridge.

According to the head of the Center for the Study of the Occupation Petro Andriushchenko, it was likely a fire in the vehicle that caused damage to the bridge’s structure.

“At the moment, the area is cordoned off by police and military personnel, and traffic across the bridge is closed,” he said.
