Trump: War With Iran Is Almost Over

According to the U.S. president, the fighting is "well ahead of schedule."

US President Donald Trump gave an interview to the US television channel CBS, and among other things said that "the war is very close to the end, more or less".

The US president said the fighting is "way ahead of schedule". The White House had earlier speculated that the war could last more than a month.

Trump said Iran had "no navy, no communications, they have no air force" and had "a scattering of missiles" left.
