Historic strike.
The US has hit Iran with PrSM missiles for the first time in history in a massive air operation. The IDF dropped 5,000 bombs, destroying a nuclear center and hundreds of missiles.
This was reported by RBC-Ukraine, citing The Jerusalem Post, Lockheed Martin and a statement from the US Central Command on the social network X.
In large-scale strikes, the Israeli Air Force attacked a complex of buildings where the headquarters of the IRGC, the Basij paramilitary militia and the Quds Force are based.
The IDF said the target was Iranian operatives responsible for domestic repression and organizing attacks on Israel.
Special attention was paid to facilities of the nuclear and missile programs. IDF spokeswoman Brigadier General Effie Defrin reported the dismantling of the secret Min-Zadai nuclear facility near Tehran.
"By following the scientists, the Israel Defense Forces were able to learn about the dangerous nature of this activity, which could help Tehran resume some aspects of weapons development for a nuclear bomb," Effie Defrin said."
The military says 5,000 bombs have already been dropped on Iran since the war began.
The main focus is on neutralizing the ballistic threat. Ghadr missile production facilities in Isfahan, which are capable of reaching Israeli territory, have been hit.
The total number of launchers destroyed or disabled is now approaching 400.
By the backdrop of the Israeli operation, U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) confirmed the first-ever combat use of precision-guided PrSM missiles during Operation Epic Fury.
In a historic first, long-range Precision Strike Missiles (PrSMs) were used in combat during Operation Epic Fury, providing an unrivaled deep strike capability.

"I just can't help but be proud of our men and women in uniform who are using innovation to create dilemmas for the enemy," commented CENTCOM Commander Admiral Brad Cooper.
The Precision Strike Missile (PrSM) is a next-generation surface-to-surface weapon. It is designed to neutralize and suppress targets with indirect fire missiles.
By implementing this system, the Joint Force Commander will gain:
increased engagement range;
increased lethality and survivability of units;
increased missile load.
These enhanced capabilities are critical to the successful execution of fire missions in support of operations across all domains.
