A reader of Tochka.by complained: "Since night I can't buy a ticket through Infobus. Now I have to go to the bus station and stand in line."

The reason for the failure was an accident on the cloud platform, which earlier also temporarily disrupted the network of Malanka charging stations.

"We are forced to inform you that, according to information from MTS, as a result of an emergency on the equipment of the Huawei cloud platform, there was a temporary failure in the work of the infobus.by service. Search and purchase of tickets are temporarily unavailable. At the moment, work is underway to eliminate this situation. Full restoration of functionality may take some time," the platform representatives said.

The users were also reminded that previously purchased tickets are sent to the e-mail specified when placing an order and recommended to check the "Spam" folder.
