Zelensky: The Ukrainian Armed Forces Have Disrupted The Russians' Strategic Offensive

The head of the Ukrainian state thanked the soldiers who defend positions on the front and destroy the occupants.

"The Ukrainian Defense Forces have disrupted the Russian strategic offensive operation, which the enemy was planning for this March," the president stressed.

He said that although enemy assaults continue, their intensity and scale are not the same as those planned by the Russians and promised to the political leadership of the Russian Federation.

"This is important because our strength on the front is the strength of absolutely all Ukrainian positions, our communication with the world, our diplomacy, the ability of the world to be with us, no matter what the challenges are," Zelensky pointed out.

Separately, he added that he spoke with the AFU Commander-in-Chief Oleksandr Syrskyy today, March 16.

"There is something to celebrate Ukrainian soldiers for. Well done, guys," the president said.
