The first details have emerged.
On the morning of March 14, a Jewish school was hit by an explosion in a fashionable neighborhood in southern Amsterdam. Authorities qualified the incident as a premeditated attack.
According to Reuters, Amsterdam Mayor Femke Halsema said.
What happened
The explosion occurred Saturday morning in a residential neighborhood in the south of the city. The Jewish school building sustained damage, however minor. There were no casualties or injuries.
Amsterdam Mayor Femke Halsema reacted sharply.
"Jews in Amsterdam are increasingly confronted with anti-Semitism. This is unacceptable," she said.
Halsema also called the attack "a cowardly act of aggression against the Jewish community."
What is known about the suspects
Investigators are examining surveillance footage of the person who detonated the explosive device.
The extremist group Right Wing Islamic Movement claimed responsibility for the attack. This was reported by Mossad - the organization also released a video of the moment of detonation.

The series of incidents in the region
The Amsterdam bombing is not an isolated event. There have also been attacks on Jewish sites in neighboring countries in recent days:
On Friday night, a synagogue in downtown Rotterdam was set on fire.
On Monday, an explosion in the Belgian city of Liege caused a synagogue fire.
Dutch police have already arrested four suspects in the Rotterdam incident.
Security has been stepped up at synagogues and Jewish institutions in Amsterdam following the arson.
