OSINTers summarized that the missiles' movement profile does indeed correspond to Storm Shadow, although they initially assumed a strike by Neptune missiles or AFU jet drones.

It should be noted that the air strikes on the Silicon-El plant in Bryansk became known around 5 p.m. on March 10. Russian publics reported loud explosions on the western outskirts of the city and footage of the aftermath of the arrivals appeared. The AFU General Staff confirmed the air attack, specifying that the strike was carried out by Storm Shadow missiles.
