Zelensky: Ukraine Is Capable Of Producing Missiles And Supplying Itself And Europe With Them

Ukraine is capable of deploying in a short time the production of missiles for air defense systems that will shoot down Russian ballistics, and will be able to produce them in volumes sufficient not only to meet its own needs, but also for the whole of Europe. However, for this purpose, it is necessary to obtain licenses for their production in the United States.

This was announced by President Vladimir Zelensky during a conversation with journalists.

The head of state was asked: how realistic is it to create an anti-ballistic missile in Ukraine, in what terms and what is needed for this?

"Only one thing is needed for this - licenses from the United States of America. I discussed this issue with the previous administration, I discussed these issues with the manufacturers of these missiles, I personally discussed the issue with my partners to help me with the NATO leadership. I have also talked to the current administration of the United States of America. So far, we have not received a license," Zelenskyy replied.

He noted that with the industry that Ukraine built during the full-scale war, with those technologies and engineers, the Ukrainians could produce a large number of missiles very quickly and provide not only themselves, but also the whole of Europe.
